Will I have any freedom to be creative?
While we do have strict guidelines for recipes and product use, we also want you to feel comfortable making it your own pizzeria. We don't want Pablo's Pizza Franchises to feel like "chains." This means that while we have to approve the location, interior and exterior designs, menu and other aspects, you can be creative in these different aspects of the business. We expect Pablo's Pizza Franchises to have a certain look and feel, but there is no exact blueprint for this. The menu will be required to contain certain pizzas and other items, but menu changes may be approved. There are thousands of pizza ideas, and some may be a real asset to the menu.
